Abstract

Public Administration is also a science of governmental and private management that 
can analyze the changing situation in the present society. The evolution of public administration 
is 
an important element of learning for executives that must take those knowledgebase 
integrated with preparing the changing circumstances of the present age. Although the VUCA 
World phenomenon makes executives troubled and confused. these situations depend on the 
preparation or the coping with what’s going on regularly by having the vision clearly and 
administration methodology that can be aware of changes in various organizations in today's 
society and in the midst of the competition cannot be predicted to these situations how do 
management lead organizations to survive? This is an important mission of the executives.
