The Development of Learning process and nurturing (wellbeing) of the novice according to ‘Children and Youth Development in Wilderness AreaProject’ was following the Royal idea of Her Royal Highness Princess MahaChakriSirindhorn

Abstract

A study entitled "The Development of Learning process and nurturing (wellbeing) of the novice according to 'Children and Youth Development in Wilderness AreaProject' was following the Royal idea of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn". The objectives of the study are: 1) to study of the Development of Novices process in PhraPariyattidhamma Schools according to 'Children and Youth Development in Wilderness Area Project' was following the Royal idea of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. 2) to study the Development of Learning process and nurturing (wellbeing) of the novice according to 'Children and Youth Development in Wilderness Area Project' was following the Royal idea of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and 3) to analyze Learning process and nurturing (wellbeing) of the novice in PhraPariyattidhamma Schools according to 'Children and Youth Development in Wilderness Area Project' was following the Royal idea of Her Royal Highness Princess MahaChakri Sirindhorn. The research is Mixed Methods Research; it consisted of Quantitatives Methods and Qualitatives Methods. Using the populations of the study consisted of 15 Principal of schools, 15 of Director and 204 of regulation Teachers.

The results of research found that:

1. The Novices Development Process in PhraPariyattidhamma Schools according to 'Children and Youth Development in Wilderness Area Project' was following the Royal idea of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. It consisted of curriculum development and learning process, learning contents administrative group and students development activities, management of quality of education, library and sources development, and network of curriculum development and learning process. The nurturing (wellbeing) of the novice divided into 4 groups i.e., the management, budget, activities and equipment of datas analysis' results.

2. The development of learning process and nurturing (wellbeing) of the novice according to the guidelines of the Royal Commission on Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Siam Princess. It consists of planning, sharing, learning and novices' nurturing (wellbeing) processes. Nurturing the novice's wellbeing to improve the learning process type of activity and food required as well as continuous coordination in developing learning process.

3. To analyze the novices' learning and wellbeing of, The Buddhist School according to the Office of the Royal Family of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Siam Princess, In the development of the process of novices' learning and well-being was found the obstacle to organizing the lunch program in Buddhist School as follows: 40.0 percent of the budget, educated personnel was 33.3 percent, parents' supporting were 26.7 percent. The obstacle developments and the nurturing and learning process of the novice as following; the material cost was high at 66.7 percent, 53.3 percent was inadequate, 53.3 percent was in staff, 53.3 percent was in canteen, 46.7 percent in cleaning places, 40.0 percent in washing facilities. The problems of school policy was lack of understanding and the policy of awareness for personnel involved in serious operations, budget problem although it is supported by government agenciesdue to the school was not conducive to quality education and requires substantial development capitaland still need material shortage a lot. The equipment's' problems were found that the school needs materials and a lot of equipment, labors from government agencies as well as people in the community. The health check of students at the school still need the health centers and hospitals to help. The problems of teach methods was not fulfil with students and parents' expectations because the staff of school was not enough and their own the over workload. All parties involved must adhere to the objectives and goals as well as consistent with the situation at that time. To achieve most productive to benefit the people, society and the nation so on.
