Political Participatory Election Promotion Process in the Election of the President of Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization of the People in Ban Kaeng Sub-District Municipality, Tron District, Uttaradit Province

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis were: 1 ) to study the level of the election
promotion process with political participation in the election of the president of the
Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization of the people in Ban Kaeng Sub-District
Municipality, Tron District, Uttaradit Province; 2 ) to study the factors related to the
election promotion process; 3) to study the problems, obstacles and recommendations
in the process of promoting elections promotions process with political participation
in the election of the president of Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization of
the people in Ban Kaeng Subdistrict Municipality, Tron District, Uttaradit Province. This
research was a mixed methods research the quantitative research used questionnaires with
reliability value at 0.761. The research finding; The level of opinions about the
Sappurisadhamma VII and the promotions process with political participation in the
election of the president of Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization of the
people in Ban Kaeng Sub-District Municipality, Tron District, Uttaradit Province, the
Sappurisadhamma VII, in overall, was at the medium level (X̅=3.41, SD=0.241). The
relationship between the Sappurisadhamma VII principle and the promotions process
of elections with political participation in the election of the President of Uttaradit
Provincial Administrative Organization of the people in Ban Kaeng Sub-District
Municipality, Tron District, Uttaradit Province. In overall there were relatively low
(R=.228**) with a statistical significance of 0.01. And problems and obstacles in the
promotions process of elections with political participation in the election of the
president of the Uttaradit Provincial Administrative Organization of the people in Ban
Kaeng Subdistrict Municipality, Tron District, Uttaradit Province found that there was
still made little understanding of the promotions process of election especially the
elections process during the coronavirus disease. Therefore, the suggestion, it should
be emphasized that the operational staff have coordinated supervision and have
sufficient knowledge about elections for protecting the confusion about both local and
national elections.
