THE DEVELOPMENT OF POLITICAL PARTICIPATION ON DEMOCRATIC MODEL IN LOCAL LEVEL IN ACCORDANCE THE PEOPLE IN LOEI PROVINCES

Abstract

Research "The development of democratic political participation at the local level of 
the people in Loei Province" The researcher set up three objectives which are 1. To study and 
analyze the concepts Theory of participation development that is consistent with the 
development of local political participation in democracy. 2. To study and analyze the problems 
of local political participation in the province of Loei 3. To propose the development guidelines. 
Local political participation in the form of democracy among the people in Loei Province By 
qualitative research The results of the research are as follows: 1. Issues that come from the 
leaders of the municipality 2. Issues of conflicts of interest between leaders and peers 3. Issues of 
lack of awareness of the importance of ethics 4. Problems of lack of mechanisms In promoting ethics. 5. Problems with the decline of people's faith in the rightful things and 6. The lack of 
responsibility.
