A PROMOTION OF POLITICAL SOCIALIZATION IN DOMOCRATIC REGIME OF PHRAE PROVICIAL POLICE

Abstract

This Article aimed to study (1) to study A Promotion of Political Socialization
in Democratic Regime of Phrae Provicial Police (2 ) to study A Promotion of Political
Socialization in Democratic Regime of Phrae Provicial Police 3) to study A Promotion
of Political Socialization in Democratic Regime of Phrae Provicial Police. This research
is an integrated research which includes: quantitative research The survey research
method was used by handing out questionnaires to police on duty. in Phrae
Provincial Police, 184 people. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean
and standard deviation. and Pearson's correlation coefficient and qualitative research
regulations In-depth interviews were used with 9 key informants/person. The
interviews of key informants were analyzed according to research objectives by using
contextual content analysis techniques. The results showed that
1) The level of promotion of political convergence in the democratic regime
of the Phrae Provincial Police Overall, the average was at a high level ( = 3.89).
2 ) The Sappurisadhamma VII Principles and the promotion of democratic
political convolution of Phrae Provincial Police, overall, there was a very high positive
correlation (r = .890**).
3 ) Problems and obstacles include the provision of knowledge in a
democratic system that does not cover all agencies. Some police officers still do not
understand their roles in democratic politics. Suggestions include: Phrae Provincial
Police should provide training to increase the knowledge of the police to have a
good conscience about participating in politics in democracy.
