The Effectiveness of Public Service to the People of Yangnoeng Sub-District Municipality, Saraphi District, Chiang Mai Province.

Abstract

The objectives of the thesis to study the effectiveness of public service To compare the effectiveness level of public service. To study the relationship between Saraniyadhamma and the effectiveness of public service and to study the guidelines of Saraniyadhamma application in order to support the effectiveness of public service to the people of Yangnoeng sub-district municipality, Saraphi district, Chiang Mai province. This study is mixed methods research. The information collected 385 samples. The research shown that. The effectiveness level of public service to the people was overall in the highest level. The comparison result of the effectiveness level of public service to the people with different sex, age, education, occupation and residence duration lives at different municipality. There are difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level, then reject the hypothesis. The relationship between Saraniyadhamma and the effectiveness level of public service found that the principle of Saraniyadhamma has positive relationship. The overall was statistically significant at the 0.01 level. The guidelines of Saraniyadhamma application for supporting the effectiveness level of public service found that Mettäkäyakamma (body action) should be enthusiastic and dedicated to work, Mettävacîkamm (verbal action) is to be compassionate by saying what is the benefit and speak politely, Mettämanõkamma is to think well to the colleagues and the people, the public service is to use materials and equipment economically, Sîlasāmaññată is to be moral and to be adhered to the goodness, and Ditthisamaññată is to listen the opinion of others and behave neutrally.
