THE PERFORMANCE IN ACCORDING TO VII SAPPURISDHAMMA OF POLICE AT OFFICERS WANG CHIN POLICE STATION, WANG CHIN, DISTRICT PHRAE PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wangchin district ,Phrae province 2) to compare opinions the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wangchin district ,Phrae province of it divided by individual factor, 3) to examine the problems and suggestions the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wangchin district ,Phrae province 4) to study guideline of the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wongchin district ,Phrae province.

The methodology was Mixed Methods Research. The population were 5,642 people, they were people who live in Wangchin district by using sample group hypothesis of Taro Yamane, 355 people. The data were collected by questionnaire and the data analysis was done with Social Science SPSS. The statistics were used values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis test with t test, F-test, One way ANOVA and differentiates the dual average with Least Significant Difference: LSD. In the part of opened and close questionnaire to show the problem, obstacle, and suggestion the researcher was arrange the group according to issue of open–end. Then, they were analyzed by frequency and in-depth interview collecting data, the researcher will gather data on the essence of the in-depth interview and then by content analyzed by descriptive interpretation.

The result of this research was found that:

   The level of the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wangchin district ,Phrae province performance overall average level ( X = 3.96, SD = 0.748) when considering from high to low average found that Kalanyuta side was highest level than next mean: Thammanyuta Atthanyuta, Puggalannuta, Mutthanyuta and Atthanyuta.

   A comparison of the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wangchin district ,Phrae province hypothesis was tested by analyzing the differences identified by personal factors, including sex, age, education background, monthly income, status were not different than rejected the hypothesis.

   The performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wong chin police station, Wangchin district, Phrae province has problem and suggestion found that police officer didn’t have responsibility for their duty. They should present to commander for making discipline of police officers to recognize truly responsible. It is not appropriate to take time to do private work, it will effect due to other office. Let them to see their work than private work. People didn’t have confidence service. Police should service people come to contact with quickly and friendly, it could make people most satisfy, the participation between police and community didn’t have more activity, they should go to meet people more and more ex. Any activity for learning and reach people’s life and change opinion for understand each other.

   From the interview about the performance accordance with Sappurisdhamma of police officers at Wangchin police station, Wangchin district, Phrae province found that the most interviewers focused on service people, police’s regulation, working time, adapting of people, sufficiency economy. Interviewer would like to police officers bring His Majesty King’s o sufficiency economy for working and daily life for help police officers to know value of sufficiency economy.
