Abstract

The research of conservation of the Conservation of Nakatan (Corbel) and 
ThammatButsabok. Lanna as a qualitative research is to study the concept 1) To study 
information source of Nagatan and ThammasBussabok arts in Lanna style 2) To study the process 
of creating Nakatan and ThammasbutsabokLanna 3) To propose the conservation guidelines for 
Nakhantan and ThammasbusabokLanna. Ban Pong Temple. Mae Suai District. Chiang Rai Province. 
The researcher collect the data .by Structured Interview and Focus Group. 
The results indicate that objectives are: 1) The aesthetic value creation both man-made 
and natural decay with time. Remaining debris vestigial structure to demonstrate the sequence of 
the origin to current changes.  2). "conservation." according to the  Thai dictionary means to 
maintain the oldness . the Conservation refers to treatment that built on Thai cultural species 
remain  legacy for future generations. Learning can be a source of history information of art 
objects comprise the beliefs. rituals. traditions. religions and cultures to conform the lives of 
people formerly  led art-oriented beauty in everyday life unpredictably Psychological subtlety art 
realization value and the prized treasures turn up  magnificent conservation to live continuously.
