Community Charter for Sustainable Development

Abstract
Community Charter is the public commitment of community. By consensus's people was acceptability and implementation. Reveals the potential of effective self-management. It is the foundation for the development of democracy. It will lead to sustainable development, with emphasis on utilizing the natural and environmental resources of the present and future communities. The development of people and society is linked to economic development, natural resources and environment. Developing in harmony with "social landscape" will lead to sustainable development.
