Study of the technique and strategy for spreading Buddhism of Phra Khuva Boonchum.

Abstract

The article has objectives to 1) study techniques and methods for propagating
Buddhism by Phra Kruba Boonchum Yanasangwaro, 2) study the principles of Buddhism
that appeared in the propagation of Buddhism of Phra Kruba Boonchum Yanasangwaro
and 3) analysis of the Buddhist propagation method of Phra Kruba Boonchum
Yanasangwaro. This is the qualitative research through the data collecting tools of
documentation and field study. The research result was as follows;
1) techniques and methods for propagating Buddhism by Phra Kruba Boonchum
Yanasangwaro were through Vipassana meditation, preaching, building a religious heir
and religious objects and establishing public welfare such as the Doi Wiang Kaew
Foundation.
2) The principles of Buddhism that appeared in the propagation of Buddhism of
Phra Kruba Boonchum Yanasangwaro, included of Brahmawihan 4 , Merits 10, Benjasils,
Trilucks, 4 Noble Truths, Sikkha 3, Satipatthana 4, Khandhas 5, Sangkhahavatthana 4, Lay
People, Apinya and Nirvana.
3) The Buddhist propagation method of Phra Kruba Boonchum Yanasangwaro,
consisted of emphasizing the practice of Vipassana meditation, creation of alms, preserving
the precepts, cultivating prayers, spreading mercy, and telling tales of Dharma.
