Abstract

Abstract This academic article attempts to study and analyze the process of 
promoting democracy in Thailand. It is found that an important tool for promoting and 
developing democracy in Thailand is the promotion that can develop people to have 
the characteristics that society wants to play a role. in line with the changes of society 
as a whole current democracy in Thailand is stepping into the era of technological 
change Without borders that society can easily access each other. without limit which 
is based on the liberal era of capitalism that devours the nation's resources through 
correct and unchecked public policies It can be seen that it was the era when the 
democratic regime of government with the monarchy was the head of state was 
complicated. is changing rapidly Makes the promotion of Thai democracy time to 
change again. Able to produce products in line with the needs of the Thai society 
context effectively as well as the productive characteristics of those who have 
completed various organizational leadership courses. Including national leaders in
