Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the administration and participation level of 
community enterprise management of Bueng Phra Am Muang Subdistrict. Phitsanulok Province. 
To study the level of problems and participation in the development of community enterprise in 
Bueng Phra Subdistrict. Mueang District. Phitsanulok Province and To analyze the factors that 
affect the development of community enterprise groups By using the PLC professional learning 
community process Use the qualitative research and participatory action research. (Participatory 
action research (PAR) data collection and data analysis The population and this sample werepeople in Bueng Phra sub-district community. Muang district. Phitsanulok province. The samples 
were divided into 3 groups which are 120 people living in Bueng Phra Subdistrict. 10 community 
leaders and 10 government and private officials. including 140 people. Content Analysis) by 
transcribing the data from the in-depth interview record. Transcription from the voice recorder 
Come to have a systematic examination of the topics to be analyzed in various sections Of all in
depth interviews And summarize the issues (Thematic Analysis). then check the completeness of 
the information Confirm the information obtained using the triangular link checking method. 
(Triangulation) categorize information and interpret important findings in research. Present the 
information in a lecture format. (Description) The results of the research showed that

Bueng Phra Am Muang Subdistrict. Phitsanulok Province In order to synthesize and examine the 
model of capacity development for community entrepreneurs. Community Enterprise Development 
Group By using the PLC professional learning community process With assessment of suitability at a 
high level With an average of 4.34. it can be seen that issues with a low average should be used to 
develop the said model so that it can be used in further experiments.  
2. As for the problems. it was found that the lack of raw materials Modern production 
tools Logistics Technology comes to help with operations. lack of labor skills Lacking product label 
designs that attract customers' attention Regarding the language that is not yet able to present each 
product of the herbal community enterprise. Bueng Phra Subdistrict Not the same quality The 
production process is uneven. unable to compete with the world market. Manufacturers of the 
group were afraid that it was produced and could not find the market. The next problem was that 
from the original that was produced and sold as a receptive market. it has been rearranged to be a 
proactive market resulting from conversation using the PLC process.  
3. Analysis of factors affecting the development of community enterprise groups By using 
the PLC professional learning community process Developed the model of the herbal community 
enterprise activities in Bueng Phra Subdistrict by using the PLC process to change the culture of the 
community enterprise groups in the operation as follows: 1) The opportunity for reflective dialogue 
between each other. Greater interaction among community enterprise members Reduce feelings of 
loneliness (Derivatization) in product development of community enterprise members 3) Integration 
in order to focus on learning of community enterprise members to operate 4) Collaboration amoentrepreneurs 5) Exchange of valuable issues Popular and shared norms (Shared values and norms) 
to design product labels that attract and can connect consumers to see more clearly that the 
product Community Enterprise herbs Bueng Phra Phitsanulok. Aside from obtaining products that 
are unique to traditional wisdom And with quality at a fair price. it is another way to support 
disadvantaged villagers to become self-reliant and have income to help their families. increasing the 
selling point to the target group that wants to support and distribute income. For the people in the 
community And community enterprise members have the opportunity to both act as informants 
and to act as advisors. mentors and specialists while helping their peers together. Resulting from the 
role of job development using community process. professional learning.
