Participation of public sector network for preventive operations and problem solving against drugs: case study community at Wiang Chiang Saen sub-district, Chiang Saen district, Chiang Rai province

Abstract

The purposes of this academic article are to acknowledge the participation of 
public sector network for preventive operations and problem solving against drugs 
and to propose guideline for development of the participation of public sector 
network for preventive operations and problem solving against drugs: case study the 
community at Wiang Chiang Saen sub-district, Chiang Saen district, Chiang Rai 
province. There are building of community and people empower that are an 
important part for genuinely solving the drugs problem and other social problems. 

The participation of public sector network for preventive operations and 
problem solving against drugs: case study community at Wiang Chiang Saen sub
district, Chiang Saen district, Chiang Rai province that are including 1) finding 
problems and problem cause participation, 2) planning part participation, 3) operation 
participation, and 4) monitoring and evaluation participation. The guideline for 
development of the participation of public sector network for preventive operations 
and problem solving against drugs: case study the community at Wiang Chiang Saen 
sub-district, Chiang Saen district, Chiang Rai province that are including 1) 
participation, 2) Publication of news and information, 3) operation budget, 4) attitude, 
and 5) constructionism and living development.
