Abstract

Leadership is a key factor in the success of work and organization. Currently,
there is a belief that Leaders are not born. Leadership can be built. from that person's
effort and hard work Being a leader is something that can be learned. Leadership is a
term that has been defined by many. But what most people understand is that It is a
process of social influence in which a person intends to influence others. to perform
various activities as specified including building relationships between people in the
organization.Leadership is therefore an influential process that helps groups achieve
their goals. It builds trust and confidence in leadership that is the most reliable
indicator of employee satisfaction in the organization. Organizational management
therefore requires the use of modern management principles combined with Buddhist
principles and applied them in organizational management to keep up with the rapidly
