Teaching and Learning Management Using Clinical Supervision Technique Based on Yonisomanasikara of Morality Teaching Monks in Tha Chang District Under Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The study entitled “Teaching and Learning Management Using Clinical 
Supervision Technique Based on Yonisomanasikāra of Morality Teaching Monks in 
Tha Chang District Under Singburi Primary Educational Service Area Office” consisted 
of the following objectives: 1) to explore general conditions of teaching and learning 
management of morality teaching monks in Tha Chang district; 2) to investigate 
teaching and learning management using the clinical supervision technique of 
morality teaching monks in Tha Chang district; and 3) to present teaching and 
learning 
management using clinical supervision technique based on 
Yonisomanasikāra of morality teaching monks in Tha Chang district. The study used a 
qualitative research method with in-depth interviews as a data collection tool with 6 
morality teaching monks chosen through purposive sampling. 
From the study, the following results are found: 
1) The characteristic of teaching and learning management by morality 
teaching monks is based on Yonisomanasikāra (thorough attention), which involves formulating methods and strategies to promote morality and goodness, as well as 
motivating learners to study. 
2) The clinical supervision technique in teaching and learning management of 
morality teaching monks includes the following 3 processes: (1) convene meeting to 
plan and observe teaching; (2) observe the teaching and learning management; and 
(3) call a meeting to provide feedback for future teaching development and 
improvement. 
3) A model of teaching and learning management using the clinical 
supervision technique based on Yonisomanasikāra of morality teaching monks 
consists of 9 steps as follows: (1) coordinating; (2) convening a meeting; (3) planning; 
(4) teaching according to the plan; (5) observing behavior; (6) recording the teaching; 
(7) measuring; (8) evaluating; and (9) improving.
