THE STRENGTHENING CAPACITY OF ADMINISTRATION OF BUDDHIST SANGHA AFFAIRS OF SANGHA ADMINISTRATORS IN MAE THA DISTRICT. LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article has 3 objectives: 1. Administration of Sangha affairs of the 
monks in Mae Tha District. Lamphun Province. it was found that they operated 
according to the administration of the monks according to the Sangha Council Rules. 
that the clergy must practice or must be regarded as a duty. And it is the mission of 
the monks. There are 6 aspects: 1) government. 2) propagation of Buddhism. 3) 
religious education. 4) welfare education. 5) public welfare. and 6) public utilities. 

2. The concepts. theories. and Buddhist principles related to capacity 
strengthening in the administration of Sangha affairs of the monks in Mae Tha District. 
Lamphun Province. it was found that the operation had the use of 5 competencies 
as a framework for work. namely 1) Achievement Orientation 2) Good Service 3) 
Accumulation of Professional Expertise 4) Efficiency ethical and 5) cooperation 

3. Analyzing the strengthening capacity in the administration of Sangha affairs 
of the monks in Mae Tha District. Lamphun Province. it was found that from the 
implementation of the Sangha affairs administration that had applied 5 
competencies. there was also an integration of the Buddhist principles. namely 
Itthibat. Sangkhahavathu. Panikha dhamma. Silas. and Saraniya-dhamma. Both the 
competencies and the above Buddhist principles are to enhance the performance of 
Buddhist Sangha Administration of monks in Mae Tha District. Lamphun Province to 
achieve the operational goals that have been set up efficiently.
