EFFICIENCY OF COMMUNITY WELFARE FUND MANAGEMENT OF SI BUA BAN SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY MUEANG DISTRICT LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to 1) To study the level of opinions about the 
efficiency of community welfare fund management of Sri Bua Ban Subdistrict 
Municipality. 2) to compare opinions on the efficiency of community welfare fund 
management of Sri Bua Ban Subdistrict Municipality Classified by personal factors 3) To 
present guidelines for increasing the efficiency of community welfare fund 
management of Sri Bua Ban Subdistrict Municipality. according to the principle of virtue 
Use the integrated research methodology. by quantitative research methodology There 
was a defined sample of 325 people. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. 
and qualitative research Data were collected by interviewing 10 key informants or 
people. 

The results showed that 

1.People's Participation Level in Elderly Quality of Life Development of Sri 
Bua Ban Subdistrict Municipality Mueang Lamphun District, Lamphun Province, the 
overall level is high (x̅ = 3.86, S.D. = 0.588). 

2. Comparative results of people's participation in the development of the 
quality of life for the elderly of Sri Bua Ban Subdistrict Municipality. Mueang Lamphun 
District, Lamphun Province, as a whole, classified by gender, age, education level, 
occupation, and income in all aspects were not different overall, therefore rejecting 
the research hypothesis.

3 . Guidelines for increasing the efficiency of community welfare fund 
management of Sri Bua Ban Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province, based on the principle of Iddhibadadhamma, Chanta is giving freedom to perform 
duties makes officials. Wiriya is a good incentive to perform tasks. Chitta is about 
creating a collective responsibility to make the staff feel involved in the work. Vimangsa 
is the continuous development of staff and organization's potential to achieve 
maximum efficiency in operations.
