THE PARTICIPATION OF THE MORAL IN THE MANAGEMENT OF TEACHING IN THE SECONDARY IN BANNAMPHU AMPHERKIREEMAS, SUKHOTHAI PROVINCE

Abstract

This study was a qualitative research. It consists of field data collection and In-Depth
Interview with key Information.
1. Most of the morality monks who answered the questionnaire were 31-40 years old,
with 10 in number, representing 50.00 percent, with 11-15 years of age, with 5 in number, 
representing 25.00 percent. There are 5 in number, representing 25.00 percent, having education
level in general department, bachelor's degree,10 in number/ person, accounting for 50.00
percent. Primary education in grades 4-6, 10 in number, representing 50.00 percent and having
experience teaching 4-5, Year 10 in number, representing 50.00 percent
2.The participation of monks to teach morality in the teaching and learning Secondary
School in BanNamphu were different in every aspect, respectively. Teaching preparation Teaching

creating a classroom atmosphere
3. Problems, obstacles and suggestions for teaching morality Secondary School in
