BUDDHA DHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR PROMOTE PUBLIC POLICY IN EDUCATION OF PRATU PA SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, MUEANG DISTRICT, LAMPHUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this research was 1) To study the level of public opinion 
towards public policy promotion in education of Pratu Pa Subdistrict Municipality, 
Muang District, Lamphun Province. 2) to compare the opinions of the public toward 
the promotion of public policy on education of Pratu Pa Subdistrict Municipality 
Classified by personal factors 3) To present an approach for integrating Buddhist 
principles to promote public policy on education of Pratu Pa Subdistrict Municipality. 
The sample group in this research was 369 people who had the right to vote in Pratu 
Pa sub-district municipality. Conduct research with integrated methods, namely 
quantitative research and qualitative research. The statistics used in the analysis were 
frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. T-test, F-test and in-depth 
interviews with 15 key informants or people. Descriptive content data were analyzed 
based on individual words.. 

The results showed that. 1) The level of people's opinions toward public 
policy promotion in education of Pratu Pa Subdistrict Municipality. The overall level 
was at a moderate level (X=3.39). development of teaching and learning throughout 
life And organizing activities to develop children, youth and the public were found to 
be at a high level, followed by health promotion for children and youth. 2) The comparative effect of people's opinions on public policy promotion on education of 
Pratu Pa Subdistrict Municipality. Classified by personal factors It was found that 
people with sex The opinions of age and educational background were not different, 
so the research hypothesis was rejected. People with different occupations and 
incomes have different opinions. therefore accepting the research hypothesis 
statistically significant at the 0.05 level. by adopting the threefold principle applied to 
promote public policy in education, it was found that. 1 ) There is an organized 
activity plan. To promote learning to develop physical, verbal and mental behaviors 
in relation to the social environment, practice desirable social skills. 2 ) mental 
development Adhere to the way of promoting education. based on the benefit of 
the community 3 ) Intellectual development for knowledge and understanding 
according to educational promotion guidelines to be more efficient There is a work 
system to create an efficient work process.
