Capacity building for local participation

Abstract
The objectives of this article are to study the Capacity Building for Local Participation. Topics include key: 1) introduction, 2) The meaning and importance of the participation of the public, 3) Guidelines for participation in current development, 4) the Capacity Building for Local Participation, and 5) conclusion. In general, the main Capacity Building enhances the system's ability to respond to changes in the environment, with the improvement of quality and efficiency, or have the ability to develop local governance, or allow people to engage with the local administration more, etc.
