Management innovation that changed the 21st century

Abstract
From an agricultural society in the 18th century, it has transitioned to an industrial society
in the 19th and 20th centuries, and is now transforming into a knowledge society of the 21st century
with the driving force of digital technology that is rapidly changing. That scholars agree that it has
only just begun in the next phase it will be even faster. In addition, in the near future, it will be
transformed into an innovative society, where such changes are related to educational change with
new ideas, new theories being developed, new paradigms comparing many old paradigms Which is
well known that the basic aim of education is learning for humanity that can exist in the modern
world with quality. When society changes, educational paradigms change. Scholars agree that If still
stuck with the old things that used to work in the old age Will result in the learning of the students
inconsistent with the real world. Both now and in the future that will be even more intense
