บทบาทของสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีต่อการแก้ไขปัญหาของเยาวชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีต่อแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา ของเยาวชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาจำนวน 21 คน เข้าร่วมการสัมภาษณ์แบบ กึ่งโครงสร้าง ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ ตามแนวคิดของ Braun & Clarke (2013) และใช้ โปรแกรม NVivo version 10 เพื่อช่วยในการค้นหาและจัดกลุ่มสาระหรือแก่นหลักแต่ละกลุ่ม จากการศึกษา พบว่า สื่อสังคมออนไลน์มีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยเยาวชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในการแก้ไขปัญหา กล่าวคือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วน ใหญ่ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อรับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมและคำแนะนำจากเพื่อน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างบางคนใช้สื่อสังคม ออนไลน์ในการระบายอารมณ์ความรู้สึก เพื่อให้ตนเองรู้สึกดีขึ้น ในขณะที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างบางคนใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เพื่อหันเหความสนใจจากปัญหาที่กำลังเผชิญ นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ยังรับรู้ว่า สื่อสังคมออนไลน์สามารถ ช่วยตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้ แต่มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพียงบางส่วนที่ตระหนักถึงผลเสียของการใช้สื่อสังคม ออนไลน์
